I wasn’t looking for a lesson that day. I was simply lying in the grass, watching the clouds drift above me. But then—God spoke.

As I watched wispy clouds kiss and change shape, gather and grow dense, I realized something profound: Even the clouds are connected.

Molecules of water—hydrogen and oxygen—bound together in perfect formation. The same connections exist throughout creation: in atoms, DNA strands, and gravitational forces. Even what we call “chaos” holds patterns of divine design.

And in that moment, I knew: God made the world for connection—and that includes us.

We were never meant to walk through life alone. Not in our joy. Not in our suffering. Not in our final moments.

When we feel distant, lost, or restless, it’s often because our souls are aching to connect with the One who made us—and with the people He’s placed in our lives.

Anticipating Heaven was written as an invitation to remember that truth. It’s a call back to connection with God and to prepare for what comes next—not out of fear, but out of hope. If you’re feeling the ache of disconnection, I also encourage you to explore the Independence Roadmap—a simple guide for staying grounded, connected, and spiritually secure in every season.

You were made for this.

With heart and awe,
Dr. Pamela
