He was murdered, but his legacy lives on.

When I set out to write about legacy, I thought I’d begin with a chapter from my book. But that day, grief took the pen from my hand.

William was murdered. A man I loved. A man who called me his spiritual Mum. He was family.

His death was senseless. Violent. Wrong. And yet… I still believe he walked to his final destiny with legacy intact.

Because William didn’t just live. He lived on purpose.

He traveled to Japan to improve healthcare in his country. He studied excellence. He embodied courage. And though he is gone, the seeds he planted still grow. In hospitals, in policies, in the arms of mothers holding newborns who survived because of the system he helped shape.

This is legacy. It’s not about being remembered. It’s about making a difference long after you’re gone.

That’s what Anticipating Heaven is about. Not just the hope of heaven, but how that hope changes the way we live today. And if you want to begin building your legacy now, start with the Legacy Planning Guide: a free resource to help you live and love with intention.

William’s legacy didn’t end with his death.
And neither will yours.

In love,
Dr. Pamela
