Dear Lad and Lassie

Dear Sir and Ma’am

I am writing on this

Momentous occasion

To share with you

All that I can.

I know you wonder

As I did too

Is my companion

Of late

Able to stay with me

And also follow you

Rest assured my friend

And family too

My Death stays with me

And cannot leave

Till delivery complete

Stamped Finished, in blue

So do not tarry

Fore’ it’s too late

My good farewelling

Will bring courage dear ones

As my Lord takes delivery

At heavenly gates

Don’t tidy the garden

Or make all the beds

Come, make haste

Good news to share

Final stamp is what matters

Marked Redeemed, in red.
